At PT. Rainbow Tubulars Manufacture, I verified vendor invoices, coordinated with suppliers, Purchasing, Store, PPIC, and users, closed daily invoices, and prepared reports. I also maintained Accounts Payable documentation, supported material-issue records, and ensured supplier Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balances agreed with statements of account.

At PT. WIK Far East Batam, I performed four-way invoice matching for direct materials, reconciled vendor and intercompany balances, reviewed purchase price variance transactions, arranged overdue invoice payments, and compiled documentation for external audits.

I bring hands-on experience in bank reconciliation, petty cash, payment processing, month-end closing, and weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting. I'm comfortable using SAP, Accurate Online, basic MYOB, Microsoft Office, K3 China, and GWT while maintaining accurate, organized records.
