What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a quality assurance role where I can perform end-to-end testing, track defects, improve customer workflows, support application users, and contribute to reliable software in a fast-paced team.

I'm a Quality Assurance Specialist with 4+ years of experience improving software quality through end-to-end testing, defect tracking, and application support.

In my current quality assurance work, I test customer workflows, handle JIRA and Confluence solutions, configure backends to customer requests, and support new trainees. I use tools including SupportYourApp, Kaltura, JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable to identify issues and improve processes in fast-paced environments.

Previously, I built responsive WordPress websites at Allowin using Divi Theme Builder, custom layouts, themes, plugins, and SEO best practices.

My earlier customer-facing roles in technical support, after-sales, and telecom sales strengthened my ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, subscriptions, billing, and service configuration while communicating clearly in English, French, and Arabic.
