I am a passionate Public Health Specialist with a Master in Public Health from the Health Services Academy, set to graduate in 2024. My academic journey has been complemented by hands-on experience in epidemiology and disease surveillance, where I have effectively utilized tools like the District Health Information System 2 (DHIS 2) to enhance public health data management. My research on the Human Papillomavirus Vaccine has not only been presented at international conferences but is also in the process of publication, showcasing my commitment to advancing public health knowledge and practices.

During my internship at the National Institutes of Health, I contributed to national health initiatives through Integrated Disease Surveillance-Response (IDSR), collaborating with senior management to develop and implement new public health strategies. My experience in the Functional Genomic Lab further honed my skills in genetic research, where I performed critical tasks such as DNA extraction and PCR/RT-PCR, ensuring reliable results that supported significant lab milestones. I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences to make a meaningful impact in the field of public health.
