I’m a Finance undergraduate at the University of Nottingham with a strong analytical mindset and a particular interest in forensic accounting. I enjoy engaging with facts and figures to form well-reasoned opinions, and I’m a clear communicator who likes working as part of a team.
I’ve gained practical exposure through an internship at Askari Bank Limited (Square Branch), where I rotated across the Operations and Sales departments and shadowed staff handling customer queries and account-related transactions. I also completed an “ISO Management Sys tem Audit Techniques and Best Practices” certification through Alison, strengthening my approach to structured, detail-driven evaluation.
Alongside academics, I’ve taken on leadership and finance-focused responsibilities in volunteer and student-led initiatives—fundraising, budgeting, and overseeing large-scale service drives. As Finance Director for ‘Qafla’, I supported projects like book drives and Ramadan fundraising, and as Sports Society President/Event Director I managed sponsorship and event execution through “Paraknight ‘Lympics 10.0 Legacy Edition 2024’”.
