What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging Oracle DBA role where I can improve organizational reliability and performance, strengthen backup/HA practices, and support cloud-ready Oracle deployments as I continue to grow professionally.

I’m an Oracle Database Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on DBA experience on Oracle 12c/18c/19c and +5 years of total IT experience, including experience as a Computer Science Trainer. I focus on building dependable database environments that stay secure, available, and fast.

My work centers on Oracle database installation and configuration, database creation (DBCA and manual methods using ASM & OMF), and user/security administration. I’m experienced with backup and recovery using RMAN and Data Pump, plus proactive monitoring through Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).

I also specialize in performance tuning with AWR, ADDM, and ASH reports, along with ASM disk group administration and space management. I’ve supported production availability using Oracle Data Guard (physical standby) and managed Linux (RHEL) server administration for Oracle deployments.
