What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Oracle DBA role where I can own RAC/Data Guard reliability, automate RMAN backups and cloning, and drive performance tuning and security (TDE/Data Redaction) in an enterprise, high-availability environment.

I’m an Oracle Database Administrator with around 6 years of experience supporting production and development environments, backed by an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) credential. I focus on keeping mission-critical databases secure and highly available through RAC administration, Data Guard, and continuous performance monitoring.

I manage Oracle 12c/19c RAC, implement standby solutions with Data Guard, and run reliable RMAN backup and recovery. I’ve also worked extensively on ASM (including ASMCMD/ASMLIB), patch management (CPU/RU), upgrades (12c to 19c), and database cloning/refresh using RMAN.

Beyond core DBA work, I bring a strong performance and security mindset—tuning SQL with TRACE FILE/TKPROF/EXPLAIN PLAN, using STATSPACK/AWR/ASH/ADDM, and implementing Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and Data Redaction. I’ve also implemented real-time data replication with Oracle GoldenGate, handling lag, abends, and conflict resolution to minimize downtime.
