I also work on strategic management, risk management policies and processes, knowledge management, and the organization’s internal portal.
Previously, at Mapna Locomotive Company, I worked as System & Methods Manager and Quality Assurance & HSE Manager. My work included management systems based on ISO standards and IRIS, customer satisfaction analysis, and project HSE audits.
At Saipa Group, I worked on continual improvement, including Kaizen and 8D problem solving, and earlier cooperated in ISO9002 implementation, documentation, and internal audits. I have participated in more than 40 internal audits.
