I am an experienced account manager and commerce lecturer with a track record of improving medical billing accuracy and financial recovery while also delivering undergraduate commerce instruction. I combine operational leadership with curriculum delivery to achieve measurable results.

As Lead Account Manager I supervised billing teams, managed end-to-end client accounts, handled AR follow-ups, denials and appeals, and served as the primary liaison to resolve client issues, driving improved collections and workflow efficiency.
