At Moonside Consulting & Services, I manage and administer project documents and data using Silverfinch (Confluence). I prepare reports and monitoring tables to support decision making.
I coordinate operational follow-up and communicate with stakeholders in French and English. I also analyze documents, identify inconsistencies, and propose corrections.
I support colleagues and clients in using the platform, while helping optimize internal processes and improve data quality.
Earlier, I completed a community management traineeship at Geo-Tracking, creating social media content and engaging with the online community. I also interned at Tunisian Post, carrying out financial and postal operations and providing administrative support.
