I am a software engineer and Team Leader with extensive experience in web, mobile and desktop quality assurance, currently leading operations at Teletech Services since 2020. I ensure customer service, agent training and operational quality while supporting general management.

My hands-on QA background includes test case creation, regression and cross-browser testing, functional testing, and detailed bug reporting with screenshots and videos. I have tested Android, iOS, web and desktop applications across multiple projects.

Previously I worked at Kodinn Technologies and Maavan where I developed QA documentation, coordinated new hire training, and analyzed customer complaints to improve product quality. I value practical involvement across project phases and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

I hold a BSCS and I bring strong problem-solving, interpersonal and leadership skills. I focus on delivering measurable results, mentoring teams, and continuously improving testing processes to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
