What I'm looking for

I seek accounting roles where I can implement accounting systems, lead reconciliations and trainings, support audits, and grow toward CPA qualification in a collaborative SME or non-profit environment.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University and I am pursuing CPA Level 1 through the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. I have three years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping and financial management across private businesses and non-profits.

I have implemented QuickBooks solutions, performed data migrations from QuickBooks Desktop to Online, led bank and accounts reconciliations, and trained finance teams on accounting systems. I supported budgeting, prepared financial statements aligned with IFRS/IFMS guidance, managed accounts receivable/payable, and coordinated external audits to improve controls and reporting timeliness.

I bring strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, a focus on accurate financial controls, and a practical orientation toward training and process improvements. I am committed to continuous learning as I progress toward full CPA qualification and to contributing measurable value to employers through improved accounting operations and systems adoption.
