My proficiency is in general ledger accounting, month end closure processes concerning journal entries, accrual accounting.
In my four years tenure as accounts officer handling bank and cash, i was able to accurately and timely complete bank reconciliations, maintain key records of the organisation, liaise with external stakeholders on behalf of the company to agree upon Forex deals, making transfers of funds to the company account.
My keen attention to details aided in the analysis of the non invoiced portfolio which i worked upon while working in 2019 with a transport and logistics firm this resulted in increase of company revenue by 15% in the first month after identifying the non invoiced costs.
I have a record of efficiency in turn around time to responding to client/stake holder issues thus facilitated in reducing the audit time frame while still delivering accurate correspondences.

Am in charge of accrual accounting to ensure accurate subcontractor costs are booked accurately and timely.

SLi joined Spedag inter-freight as an accountant cash and bank, i was in charge of the company banking profile, representing the organisation in trade deals, ensuring prompt and accurate bank reconciliations, month end supplier and customer statement reconciliation, analysing cost to aid management decisions in asset disposals.
SLi joined Spedag Interfreight as a cashier and i assisted in ensuring safe custody of company collections and delivery to the bank.
i was able to provide prompt responses to customer queries and daily reconciliations of cash points to the physical cash.
