I'm seeking a challenging role in a well-established organization where I can apply my revenue, financial operations, customer service, and analytical skills, uphold integrity, and grow professionally through strong performance.

I've supported county revenue operations in Makueni and Machakos, issuing Single Business Permits, processing invoices, and resolving customer concerns. My work combines customer service with accurate revenue collection and compliance.

As a Revenue Collection Officer intern with the County Government of Makueni, I increased permit issuance in my deployment area, supervised daily operations, delegated tasks, and improved workflow efficiency. I also helped onboard more businesses onto CIFOMS, supporting increased county revenue collection.
