Faith Gathoni

At the State Department of Economic Planning, National Treasury, I analyzed government expenditure against outcome indicators to assess returns on public investment and identify opportunities for budget optimization.

I collaborated with senior finance analysts on quarterly economic reports and contributed data-driven recommendations on fiscal policy. I applied financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, project appraisal, and budget analysis in this work.

Through the University of Cambridge Online Carbon and ESG Analysis course, I applied ESG principles to assess environmental and social impact, including climate risk and corporate governance.

For my ESG Performance Analysis project on the Kenyan financial sector, I evaluated carbon footprint reporting, board diversity, community investment, and regulatory compliance. I’m seeking opportunities to contribute to financial analysis and investment decision-making in a dynamic finance organization.
