What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable, high-impact product and systems workflows, particularly across financial operations, HRMS, AI agents, and scalable full-stack platforms.

At Qandle by MyndX, I own end-to-end delivery for eight core HRMS modules serving 10,000+ enterprise users across India, UAE, and Malaysia. I build payroll, compliance, attendance, recruitment, onboarding, and employee self-service workflows.

I engineered a deterministic payroll computation engine for CTC, gross-to-net, ESI, PF, and TDS, and led zero-downtime AngularJS-to-React 18 and TypeScript modernization. I also integrated 42 OpenAPI endpoints and delivered statutory reporting across 28 Indian states, UAE WPS, and Malaysia.

Independently, I ship products including Arrivo, a multi-tenant appointment and queue SaaS, and AI-driven payroll anomaly workflows. I enjoy rescuing complex codebases, making systems deterministic, and turning operational workflows into reliable software.
