At GSK, I lead demand planning and forecasting for six markets in the International East Region. I improved forecast accuracy from ~70% to 84% through root cause analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous forecast refinement.
I build consensus demand plans and run scenario planning to help guide commercial and supply chain decisions. I also present forecast performance and recommendations in monthly and quarterly S&OP / IBP cycles.
