FADELE Olugbenga

I’m a Nigerian entry-level public safety professional with hands-on experience supporting community welfare, enforcing safety, and maintaining law and order. I bring a strong professional outlook and a results-focused attitude toward improving organizational operations and achieving management goals.

During my student industrial training at the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria, Akure, I supported maintenance planning for airport facilities and equipment, monitored readiness for landing and takeoff, and ensured emergency units were on standby. I worked closely with the environmental department and enforced safety regulations while keeping daily activity records.

Through my NYSC service as a Corps Liaison Officer for Yewa South Local Government, I coordinated between the community, local government, corps members, and corps employers. I presided over community development service meetings, helped deliver projects, oversaw community development activities, and consistently produced weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

I also gained field experience through physical enumeration of IBEDC assets and customers, capturing data and sending it for proper database verification. Recently, with the Nigeria Police Force, I focused on preventing crime occurrences, maintaining law and order, protecting lives and properties, and detecting crime—backed by strong team leadership and advanced use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
