I’m a QA Engineer and Business Analyst who works across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production validation. In agile environments, I focus on turning business needs into clear workflows, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios. I bring a strong quality mindset grounded in analytical thinking, adaptability, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Most recently, I ensured software quality through manual and automated testing across multiple web applications. I designed, documented, and executed test cases for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and ship reliable outcomes. I also supported test automation, cross-browser validation, and basic security testing using industry-standard tools.

Before that, I built and supported software in internship roles, including developing a medical web application with .NET Core and SQL Server and managing database operations and automated bulk processing with Python. These experiences strengthened my ability to connect technical implementation with real testing needs—especially through detailed defect identification, risk awareness, and continuous improvement.
