I am looking for a role that allows me to empower mothers and promote breastfeeding in a supportive healthcare environment.

I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a strong passion for maternal, infant, and public health. My journey in healthcare has been driven by a desire to positively impact the well-being of mothers and babies, particularly in underserved communities. With over 1,000 hours of lactation-specific clinical practice, I have honed my skills in providing high-quality care, triaging health issues, and promoting successful breastfeeding outcomes.

Throughout my professional experience, I have worked as a Panel Manager and Licensed Community Health Nurse, where I triaged various health problems and provided culturally responsive primary care. I have led healthcare staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and have actively participated in health promotion and patient education. My commitment to empowering patients and advocating for their health has been recognized through awards such as 'Most Culturally Competent.' I continuously seek opportunities for professional development, attending lactation conferences and symposiums to stay updated on best practices in maternal and infant health.
