I seek a role leading analytics teams that shapes data strategy, partners with executives, drives measurable impact, and supports mentorship and growth.

I am an analytics leader with a Columbia University master’s and a decade of experience transforming data into strategic insights and measurable business outcomes. I have built and scaled analytics functions from scratch, recruited and mentored teams, and partnered with C-suite stakeholders to align analytics roadmaps with company OKRs.

At SmartEnergy I established the Business Analytics department, leading cross-functional initiatives that reduced acquisition costs, improved retention metrics, and enabled self-serve insights for over 70 stakeholders. I have hands-on expertise in SQL, Tableau, R, Python, dbt fundamentals, Snowflake data lakes, CDPs, A/B testing, and data integration for AI-driven automation.
