I’m an experienced Structural Steel Draughtsman and Workshop Supervisor with 2–3 years in steel detailing, Tekla modelling, CNC laser cutting, and site coordination. I focus on producing detailed structural drawings, keeping fabrication accurate, and solving technical issues with engineers and fabricators.
In my roles at Hydro Power Equipment (HPE), I coordinated site operations, managed staff scheduling and training, maintained project records and job tracking systems, and handled inventory, materials, and resource planning while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and site standards. I also bring warehouse discipline from my Store Attendant experience, managing receiving, storing, dispatch, and documentation.
Currently, as Metal Made — 2nd in Charge / Manager & Draughtsman, I program and operate CNC laser cutting machinery, supervise workshop operations and workflow, and review and approve technical drawings for fabrication accuracy. I plan production schedules, coordinate with clients and internal teams on project requirements, and monitor materials to meet deadlines with quality control.
