What I'm looking for

I'm looking to combine psychology, behavioral economics, data, and facilitation to improve mental health, employee wellbeing, growth, and sustainable impact.

At OpenUp, I combined psychological expertise and data to support clients and internal teams, delivering around 30 one-to-one preventive mental healthcare sessions each week. I also developed learning materials, analyzed intake data, tested AI tools, and presented insights to business clients.

Through my own practice, I facilitate somatic therapy sessions and workshops that support nervous-system regulation, stress reduction, resilience, and connection. As a freelance thesis supervisor, I help bachelor’s and master’s students develop research, analyze data in STATA or SPSS, and work more confidently through pressure and deadlines.
