As CCI Kenya Team Manager, I led and supervised a high-performing team, exceeded productivity and quality targets, managed scheduling and logistics, and supported employee growth through performance reviews and one-on-one coaching.

I also built strong data and reporting discipline through internships and subject-matter support. At Kenyamaritime Authority, I researched maritime regulations, supported report preparation, and handled administrative tasks like data entry and record management—experiences that strengthen how I approach quality analytics and feedback loops in AI training.
