Ethan Shahzad

I am a civil engineering student studying Sustainable Civil Engineering at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, motivated to apply academic knowledge to real-world construction projects. I bring a practical mindset and a continuous improvement mindset to every task.

I have worked as a construction helper (freier Mitarbeiter) at Hübner Heizung - Bäder GmbH, assisting with construction and renovation, transporting and organising materials, and collaborating with teams under time pressure. That experience strengthened my ability to work reliably on site and to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

My strengths include teamwork, reliability, a strong willingness to learn, and physical fitness for site work. I am a native English speaker, have German at B1 level, and hold basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with a developing competence in software and AI tools relevant to construction.

I am eager to join a supportive, hands-on team where I can contribute to sustainable building projects, gain practical engineering experience, and continue developing both technical and language skills.
