I’m looking for a role where I can combine content development with system support—handling accurate documentation, assisting with basic IT troubleshooting, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced team.

I bring practical experience in content development and system support, balancing administrative responsibilities with accurate documentation. In my Teller role, I processed transactions carefully and supported customers while maintaining organized workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Through my Content Writer & Hotel Management System Assistant OJT, I developed website content and system documentation, helped test system features for functionality and user-friendliness, and reported bugs with suggestions for improvements. I’m proactive, adaptable, and focused on coordinating with team members to support daily operations and follow project timelines.
