I am a solution-oriented Human Resources professional with hands-on experience in recruitment, records management, payroll support, and HR administration across public and private sectors.

In recent HR roles I coordinated recruitment and internship programs, supported payroll processing and statutory payments, and implemented records management systems with daily and weekly reporting to improve accuracy and compliance.

I have developed HR processes, conducted job analysis and HR planning, supported change management, and helped maintain ethical and socially responsible policies. I also facilitate training and induction programs and ensure background and reference checks and onboarding are completed.
