I’m an Analytics Engineer building end-to-end data platforms on Microsoft Fabric—Bronze-Silver-Gold medallion pipelines with PySpark and T-SQL, star schemas, and Fabric CI/CD deployment pipelines that keep work safe across Development and Test workspaces. My most recent project is an end-to-end Fabric analytics pipeline on retail transaction data: raw ingestion to a Bronze Lakehouse, PySpark transformations to a Silver Delta layer, and a Gold Warehouse star schema with an aggregated serving view—promoted through Fabric Deployment Pipelines and version-controlled on GitHub.
The path to analytics has been non-linear: before this, I spent three and a half years in financial services as a Credit & Risk Analyst and a Branch Operations Supervisor, and seven years teaching. Those experiences taught me to read the business problem before touching the data and to explain technical answers clearly to people who don’t want jargon. These days I work across Microsoft Fabric, Power BI (DAX, semantic models), Tableau, dbt, Snowflake, SQL Server, and Python, and I’m currently completing the DP-700 certification.
