I built my career in insurance billing and accounting operations, processing and applying premium payments for Commercial Lines (CL), Personal Lines (PL), and Benefits (BE) policies while ensuring accurate posting and timely reconciliation. I generated and distributed premium invoices, reconciled carrier payments, and reviewed agency, producer, and account manager commissions—resolving discrepancies through detailed analysis and coordination.

As I progressed to Accounting Representative L2 and then Accounting Team Leader, I supported escalations, handled high-risk and time-sensitive carrier payments, and managed endorsement-related payments while reconciling weekly carrier statements to keep balances accurate and up to date. Today, I lead insurance accounting operations by enforcing standardized workflows and internal controls, coaching and evaluating team performance, and serving as the primary point of contact for partners, carriers, and clients to manage escalated issues effectively.
