Erin Buckallew

I run Evergreen Counseling, LLC, where I provide short-term, solution-focused counseling through EAP contracts with Optum, ComPsych, and Evernorth. I assess needs, determine appropriate levels of care, develop safety plans, and coordinate resources for adults navigating anxiety, mood disorders, perinatal mental health concerns, and relational challenges.

Over 12 years, I’ve delivered clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and care coordination across private practice, federally contracted behavioral health programs, schools, and disability advocacy services. My work has included supporting court-involved individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, at-risk students in crisis, and people with intellectual and physical disabilities.

I’m comfortable making independent clinical judgments in managed care environments while maintaining accurate, compliant documentation. At Evergreen Counseling, I’ve maintained an 85% client retention rate and achieved measurable symptom reduction for 80% of clients with anxiety disorders through structured, outcome-focused care.
