What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support customers, handle daily store responsibilities, and keep operations organized. I want a team that values reliability, clear communication, and growth while I continue developing in community and business skills.

I’m a bilingual student and early-career professional focused on customer service and day-to-day retail operations. I bring a foundation in Economics and Administration, along with training through a Community Manager course.

Since 2020, I’ve supported a family business through atención al cliente and manejo de caja, strengthening how I handle responsibilities with care and consistency. In 2023–2024, I expanded my retail experience in a supermarket role, where I managed inventory control, organization and cleaning, receiving suppliers, and restocking merchandise.

I work with discipline, clear communication, and an organized mindset, and I’m comfortable in fast-paced environments. I’m also confident in English and committed to growing—whether in customer-facing roles, store operations, or community-focused work.
