I’ve spent 10 years turning reliability into a product, not a side effect—building developer platforms and SRE practices across AWS, GCP, and Azure for teams from startups to Fortune 500s. Since joining Axonictechnologies in early 2024, I’ve built the platform engineering function from scratch and now lead a team of 4 supporting 40 production services for 18M daily active users. I focus on SLO ownership, capacity planning, and incident management to keep operations predictable and scalable.

My approach is automation-first: I built an internal Backstage developer platform that cut onboarding from 2 weeks to 45 minutes, and I implemented a GitOps delivery model with ArgoCD and Kustomize that reduced deployment failures by 72% while enabling 120 production deploys per week. I also designed multi-cloud disaster recovery with automated failover (tested RTO of 8 minutes, RPO under 30 seconds), led FinOps cost attribution and automation to reduce spend by $1.3M annually, and strengthened incident response with blameless postmortems and escalation policies—dropping SEV1 incidents from 6 per quarter to 1.
