I'm looking to help technical organizations develop stronger leaders, grow and retain talent, improve organizational effectiveness, and thoughtfully adopt AI tools and workflows.

At Real, I coach 130+ technical professionals and leaders across Engineering, Product, QA, Design, and Project Management. Across 1,000+ coaching sessions, 96.7% of satisfaction responses rated the experience 8/10 or higher.

I partner with CTO and R&D leadership on talent strategy, organizational design, performance management, compensation, hiring, career development, and engagement. I build career frameworks, competency models, performance rubrics, development plans, feedback systems, and data-driven ways to spot organizational trends.

Before coaching full-time, I spent more than 20 years building software and leading engineering teams, including as Sr. Director of Engineering at Syneos Health. I bring experience in enterprise software, global teams, technical strategy, Agile adoption, and AI adoption to help technical people and organizations perform at their best.
