Erica Thomas

I’m a BLS-certified Medical Assistant with hands-on experience supporting patient care and clinical procedures. I’m dedicated and compassionate, and I focus on making every visit feel clear, calm, and supported for patients and families.

In my current role, I assist healthcare providers with patient care, record vital signs, and take patient medical histories. I help keep exam rooms clean and organized, schedule appointments, and update electronic medical records to keep workflows running smoothly.

Beyond healthcare, I’ve built strong people skills through years of customer service and retail work. At David’s Bridal, I assisted customers with bridal and formalwear selections, managed fittings, and delivered excellent service in a fast-paced environment—always centered on satisfaction.

I also teach dance as a long-term passion, developing choreography and lesson plans while encouraging confidence, teamwork, and discipline. That teaching experience strengthens how I communicate, multitask, and lead with patience—skills I bring into every patient interaction.
