Ephraim Ganiza

At Youth Net and Counselling (YONECO), I worked as an Assistant Field Officer (Intern), facilitating youth and women empowerment activities and supporting community outreach on child rights, hygiene, health, and education.

I provided psychosocial support and counselling to survivors, and supported cases through the Tithandizane Helpline Services, including follow-up and referral. I also provided technical legal support to clients where needed.

I compiled community and register data, prepared monthly summaries and reports, and trained Health Surveillance Assistants and community volunteers in data collection and reporting. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Extension from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR).
