At Cytiva, I lead sourcing strategy for Cell Therapy programs and own external-manufacturing sourcing for disposable kits. I work on supplier selection, commercial negotiations, performance management and continuity planning.
At Stevanato Group S.p.A., I defined global category strategies for plastics, injection-molded components, molds and sterilization services supporting pharmaceutical packaging and Drug Delivery Systems.
I supported NPD and industrialization by integrating Procurement early into product-development programs and working with R&D, Quality, Regulatory and Project Development. I also led category teams in a matrix organization and mentored buyers.
Earlier, I managed a €50M direct-material purchasing budget and 70 suppliers worldwide as Senior Buyer, Glass Direct Sourcing. My experience also includes direct-material purchasing, supply-risk mitigation, and planning and sourcing in a make-to-production environment.
