At Corintis, I joined as the first supply chain hire and built the global supply chain and supplier quality organisation from zero. I scaled the contract manufacturing network from NPI toward volume production, reaching 97% on-time delivery worldwide and owning CHF 20M of Capex across six hyperscaler programmes.

At BRP-Rotax, I led supply chain for 40 Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and delivered EUR 1.2M in cumulative cost savings. Earlier, I worked on supplier quality for McLaren Automotive powertrain programmes and worldwide certification at Jaguar Land Rover; I’m also pursuing a PhD in Engineering and Management focused on supplier quality.
