What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build secure, reliable integration services where API orchestration, authentication, data consistency, and interoperability between complex systems are critical.

At Xenia Reply, I build and own production backend and integration services for regulated healthcare environments, connecting hospital systems with national and regional platforms.

I designed a Demographic API Gateway for ANPR/PDND flows serving two hospital groups, developed an AgID-aligned digital-preservation module, and integrated FSE 2.0 document, indexing, and consent services. My work covers Java, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, JWT/JWS authentication, clinical-document exchange, deployment support, and runtime troubleshooting.

Previously, I worked on the RiPARTO tele-rehabilitation project at the University of Cagliari, using EMG biofeedback, VR, wearable sensors, BLE, and motion tracking. I bring a biomedical engineering background and a practical focus on secure, reliable interoperability.
