Since July 2021, I’ve worked as an Operations Manager where I resolve customer issues quickly and professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. I manage the daily operations of multiple departments to maximize efficiency, and I develop teams through hiring, coaching, and performance management. I also maintain professional working relationships and promote open lines of communication with staff.

Alongside my operations work, I’ve managed breeding and sales responsibilities as a Dog Breeder, including research into canine genetics, breeding selection, and handling all financial transactions tied to puppy sales. Earlier, as a Kitchen Staff Member, I stocked and replenished kitchen supplies, followed sanitation standards, prepared food items, and tracked food waste to minimize loss.
