I’m a Licensed Civil Engineer with 5+ years of field experience in site operations, multidisciplinary crew supervision, QA/QC, and HSE compliance across demanding construction environments. I coordinate contractors, enforce safety standards, and keep field execution aligned with engineering specifications under schedule pressure.

In my site engineer roles, I supervised day-to-day field activities involving engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and technical crews. I conducted inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and site safety protocols, and I prepared daily and weekly technical reports for project management.

I also strengthened execution through risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and corrective actions to minimize delays. I identify field issues early, implement solutions promptly, and support safe operations through coordinated manpower and subcontractor activities.

Now, I’m seeking to transition into offshore, mining, and oil & gas field operations. I bring operational discipline, safety awareness, technical reporting, and team leadership to help deliver projects that are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical requirements.
