I’m a Registered Civil Engineer with a clear focus on site supervision and delivery—bringing strong construction planning, project estimation, and compliance discipline to every project. I’m most effective where safety, quality, and building-code adherence are non-negotiable.

In my role as Maintenance Engineer / Plant and Site Development Officer (Manuel V. Gallego Foundation Colleges, Inc.), I handled site planning and development, operational management, and regulatory compliance. I supported permits and approvals, environmental regulations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, while also owning budgeting and cost control through the maintenance lifecycle.

As a Site Engineer (Front Nine Konstruct), I manage daily site operations by coordinating crews and subcontractors to ensure timely completion. I monitor progress, identify delays early, implement solutions to hit deadlines, and maintain accurate site records—progress reports, schedules, and documentation—while keeping safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes fully in view.

My technical foundation comes from my B.S. in Civil Engineering (Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology) and hands-on OJT and thesis work on physical and mechanical properties of Bayog Bamboo Fiber Geonet. I also strengthen my practice with BOSH and COSH trainings, and I work confidently with AutoCAD, quantity take-offs, Program of Works (POW) scheduling, concrete works, reinforcement detailing, as-built drawings, and variation orders.
