At Regnum Teknoloji, I designed and developed a production-grade AI call center from the ground up, initially building its core systems independently. I built its telephony infrastructure on Google Cloud with Linux and Asterisk PBX.
I engineered a Go and Python bridge for low-latency, bidirectional audio streaming and developed the product’s RAG and LLM orchestration architecture using Gemini Live API. I also improved call quality through voice activity detection, barge-in handling, jitter buffering, and DSP filtering.
At Outlier AI, I evaluated LLM-generated responses and authored corrected reference answers and code solutions. As a Senior Reviewer, I checked other contributors’ work for technical correctness and reasoning quality.
