Built the group's Business Intelligence function and data platform from scratch across PTV Group and Econolite, and led it for two years. Delivered group-wide financial and operational reporting on Qlik Cloud for Finance and the leadership team.

Co-founded and led BI2Value, building a GenAI voice-agent platform (FonKI) and a BI platform (Qmantic) for mid-sized subscription software companies. Built a team of five and sold platform and data consulting to clients including Deliverect, tribe29 (now Checkmk) and Timify.

Led company-wide Business Intelligence, managing a team of 16 data engineers, BI developers and analysts. Initiated self-service BI, modernized the AWS data stack, and owned subscription and financial KPI reporting for the executive board and investor reporting.

Taught seminars on Information Technology.

Built the data models and reporting behind the annual budget and forecasts. Delivered the analytics for a price increase across the subscription base.

Co-founded an e-commerce start-up and set up its full technology stack.

Led the Reporting & Analytics team through IPO preparation on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Delivered the KPI data and reporting behind the IPO prospectus and equity story, and supported underwriting banks' due diligence.

Key contributor to the move from perpetual licences to subscription, building data models and reporting for new subscription KPIs. Built reporting and analyses for Finance, Sales and Marketing using Tableau, Amazon Redshift and SQL.

Joined as a BI analyst and progressed to leading the BI team, adding finance responsibility. Built KPI reporting, analysis and forecasting for management, combining BI with financial planning and controlling.

Built a data-collection application for a large-scale survey and prepared the data for analysis.

Pursued a Master's degree in Economics & Institutions from 2012 to 2014.

Completed a 4-year Diploma in Business Informatics from 2007 to 2011.
