Electrical and electronics engineering graduate working as a plant operations assistant, delivering safe, detail-focused maintenance and project support.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate with hands-on experience supporting power distribution, asphalt/road construction operations, and industrial plant workflows. I bring a practical, detail-oriented approach that prioritizes safety, cost-efficiency, and smooth execution on-site.
In my current role as a Plant Operations Assistant, I supervise asphalt plant operations, support troubleshooting and production readiness, and carry out facility inspections. I maintain and inspect flow line equipment—including conveyors, mixers, and industrial burner systems—while tracking material usage, preparing progress reports for senior engineers, and acting as a liaison to keep communication clear between plant workers and management.
Earlier, as an Electrical Engineer Intern, I assisted the installation of 10MVA 11/33kV power transformers, 500kVA 33/0.415kV distribution transformers, and supported 33kV overhead line construction. I also helped with transformer tests (oil dielectric strength, insulation resistance, and turns ratio) and supported transformer prepaid metering systems, while maintaining strong discipline around planning, documentation, and site coordination.
