At Geneline-X, I direct technical delivery across six concurrent products, each with its own team, timeline, and delivery risk. I own technical direction, scoping, milestone definition, and quality sign-off, and led delivery of the company payment platform, including mobile-money payouts.
At Lifeblood / AutoHealth, I was the principal engineer and lead contributor on a national blood-management platform. I led health data exchange across institutions to international standards, integrated the platform with DHIS2, and delivered real-time dashboards for blood service administrators.
As a Contract and Consulting Engineer at Niche Technologies and other clients, I built and managed systems for government and private-sector clients to fixed timetables, with direct reporting to government stakeholders. I delivered payment systems for OpenHubb and Terra Devs and completed 20+ web and mobile deliveries, owning scoping, timelines, stakeholder reporting, and handover.
On the Crowdsource civic reporting platform, I designed and built an end-to-end service for Sierra Leonean local councils. Citizens report issues over WhatsApp without installing an app, and reports are automatically sorted and routed to the responsible council.
