At Microwee, I redesigned a coolant-heater PCB for Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies, increasing its rating from 6 kW to 10 kW while meeting automotive safety and EMI norms. I worked with the mechanical team on the board shape and component placement.
I led development of an STM32H7 measurement system for predictive maintenance, designing its analog and digital subsystems and developing FreeRTOS firmware for data acquisition and signal processing. I also implemented Ethernet streaming so vibration data could be stored in InfluxDB.
For battery and energy storage projects, I contributed to BMS development and now work on low-level C firmware for an STM32F7 energy management system. My work includes debugging, implementing features, and improving system stability, performance, and maintainability.
At DV Power, I designed test and measurement equipment for the electric power industry, covering power converters, mixed-signal PCB layouts, validation, and supporting C firmware. I also work on a 10 kW bidirectional power converter for a PV energy storage project at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo.
