I seek a role where I can lead commercial contract strategy, strengthen corporate governance, advise on regulatory compliance, and support transactions in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

I am an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements, supporting corporate transactions, and advising on multijurisdictional regulatory compliance. I have delivered practical legal opinions, led company-secretarial processes, and coordinated high-volume legal operations for both law firms and corporate employers.

My achievements include managing full contract lifecycles, executing securitization and registration processes for tier-1 banks, directing corporate restructuring and filings, and implementing compliance training and operational systems that improved risk awareness and program performance.
