I am an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) in good standing, with over 3 years of progressive experience in corporate and commercial law, employment law, contract management, regulatory compliance, and institutional governance. I draft and interpret complex legal instruments, provide sound legal opinions, and advise management and cross-functional teams on legal risk and corporate governance.

In my current role as a Legal Associate at K & A Consulting LLP, I conduct compliance reviews against evolving statutory and regulatory frameworks, manage litigation matters, and support data protection obligations under the Data Protection Act by preparing privacy notices and internal documentation. I am committed to public service and advancing good governance in public institutions, while continuing to build my capabilities through data analytics and compliance-focused professional development.
