At UN ESCAP, I led day-to-day delivery of a $45M seismic retrofit and office renovation across two 18-story buildings, completing the remaining 70% of work within 12 months after taking over at 30% completion.
I've managed renovation, construction, inspection, and operational-support projects across UN ESCAP, IIIM-Syria, UNGSC, and UNRSCE. My work spans scopes of work, technical specifications, bills of quantities, tender support, contractor coordination, site inspections, testing, commissioning, and project feasibility.
Earlier, I inspected major infrastructure and building projects in Italy, including the Brenner Base Tunnel, hospitals, highways, and post-earthquake reconstruction. I'm a licensed Civil Engineer with more than 16 years of experience across structural engineering, quality control, technical installations, and construction delivery.
