At Net Service S.p.A., I design, build, and run Node.js and TypeScript services and React interfaces for the digital platforms of the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation and other critical systems.
I own workflows for drafting, digital signing, filing, and publication, where authorization and safe retries matter. I also design PostgreSQL and Oracle schemas, tune queries, and deliver REST and GraphQL APIs.
For Net Service S.p.A.'s internal AI Retrieval Platform, I built backend services for semantic retrieval, duplicate detection, and cluster exploration over operational data using Qdrant. I designed resilient ingestion with persisted state, retries, and recovery endpoints for a multi-service platform on Kubernetes.
Earlier, at Xenia Consulting S.r.l., I built Ministry of Justice services with React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, and Docker. I also contribute to modernizing a legacy Java / JBoss stack and ship containerized services to AWS through GitLab CI/CD.
