Elvan Rhod Batac

At Provincial Government of Davao Del Norte, I oversee public infrastructure projects and have delivered approximately PHP 85–90 million in completed works. I inspect construction, monitor progress and costs, and prepare project reports and documentation.

For the Pindasan Tribal Hall, I coordinated a five-person crew and completed the project four days ahead of the revised schedule. I resolved a discrepancy between delivered windows and prepared openings while preserving the lintel beams and load path; the work was accepted by the Commission on Audit with no findings.

In my private practice, I provide structural design, plan preparation, estimating, and construction management for residential and small-scale projects. I’ve used STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and prepared more than 30 as-built drawings for government and private infrastructure projects.
